In order to keep our fees low for local area appraisals with typical complexity, we’ve structured our pricing so that rather than raising our fees to accommodate a larger variety of scenarios, we start with a low base fee and then adjust for distance and complexity. That way you’re not paying extra for appraisals that don’t really require any extra effort or time.

The following are the current base fees for common appraisal assignments and are based on appraisals of typical complexity in the cities of: Springfield, Ozark, Nixa, Republic, Battlefield, Rogersville, Strafford & Willard. See adjustment table below for other cities.

Base Fee Adjustments for Upper Scale Homes:

Due to the increased complexity and time required to complete an appraisal of upper scale homes, please allow for an additional fee of $100 for homes priced over $500,000. Please call for a quote for home prices that exceed $1,000,000.

Turn Around

Though the time required to complete an appraisal may be influenced by the location of the property and the complexity of the appraisal, typically an appraisal can be completed and in your office within 4 to 5 business days. Completion times may be expedited upon request and may require an additional fee.
